A government tech support and process solutions provider is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Support Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the relationship between IT and key stakeholders and management teams
- Converting high level business requirements into executable, detailed user stories to enable development
- Providing expertise and advice to business unit owners, IT leaders, project teams, and other support teams
Required Skills:
- 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
- Able to exercise judgement in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Able to develops solutions to a variety of complex problems
