Job Summary

A government agencies technology services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Service Desk Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Provide Tier 1 phone support and troubleshooting in compliance with established policies / procedures
  • Create, update, and track service requests / incidents within a ticketing system

Qualifications Include:

  • High School with 3–6 years of related experience
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Ability to obtain and pass a DEA Suitability Clearance
