Job Summary
A cloud-based software and technology developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Client Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a cross-functional client delivery team
- Manage delivery timelines and communicate project status to client and internal stakeholders
- Take the lead to present key results, facilitate meetings, and deliver difficult messages to clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS or BA degree
- Are an excellent communicator
- At least 6-8 years of professional experience in technology consulting or account management
- Have strong project management experience
- Have demonstrated success working directly with clients, including building senior level relationships
- Are analytical, yet creative and love numbers
