Job Summary

A cloud-based software and technology developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Client Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional client delivery team
• Manage delivery timelines and communicate project status to client and internal stakeholders
• Take the lead to present key results, facilitate meetings, and deliver difficult messages to clients

Qualifications for this position include:

• BS or BA degree
• Are an excellent communicator
• At least 6-8 years of professional experience in technology consulting or account management
• Have strong project management experience
• Have demonstrated success working directly with clients, including building senior level relationships
• Are analytical, yet creative and love numbers
