Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Software Client Success Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting Data Onboarding Team by managing data storage and migration to DropBox or point
  • Tracking KPIs related to CS performance and provide reports and data visualizations
  • Reviewing current operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement, take action and measure impact

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Proficiency with G-Suite or MS Office suite
  • Proficiency with ChurnZero, Zendesk and Salesforce
  • Experience implementing CS software tools from the ground up and willing to do so again
  • Have at least 5 years prior experience working as a Customer Success Operations Manager in a SaaS environment
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
