Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Software Client Success Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting Data Onboarding Team by managing data storage and migration to DropBox or point
- Tracking KPIs related to CS performance and provide reports and data visualizations
- Reviewing current operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement, take action and measure impact
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proficiency with G-Suite or MS Office suite
- Proficiency with ChurnZero, Zendesk and Salesforce
- Experience implementing CS software tools from the ground up and willing to do so again
- Have at least 5 years prior experience working as a Customer Success Operations Manager in a SaaS environment
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
