Job Summary
An IT security company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Monitoring Customer Success Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring customer health metrics to identify customers requiring outreach to accelerate product adoption and value
- Escalating customer needs/issues cross-departmentally for accounts in distress or at risk for attrition
- Reviewing customer analytics
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years+ of relevant experience in software services
- Ability to understand high level technical aspects of the product
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner
