Job Summary
A technology solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Tier 1 Service Center Support Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Selecting, managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Providing technical troubleshooting and issue resolution to customers and our service centers
- Updating training as necessary
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1+ years' experience of hands-on experience with 12-volt electrical systems
- 2+ years' experience in a call center or customer support role
- Expertise focused on installation and servicing of aftermarket vehicle systems
- Experience managing the hiring and performance management of remote employees
