Job Summary

A technology solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Tier 1 Service Center Support Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Selecting, managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
  • Providing technical troubleshooting and issue resolution to customers and our service centers
  • Updating training as necessary

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 1+ years' experience of hands-on experience with 12-volt electrical systems
  • 2+ years' experience in a call center or customer support role
  • Expertise focused on installation and servicing of aftermarket vehicle systems
  • Experience managing the hiring and performance management of remote employees
