Job Summary
A computer technology company is in need of a Remote Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing second level support with a focus on our US based customers
- Resolving our customers’ most pressing technical issues
- Taking ownership of customer cases and troubleshooting customers’ issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- TS / Top Secret Security Clearance is required
- Industry experience in Cyber Security, particularly network security or application security
- Experience with enterprise customer accounts
- Technical networking knowledge in TCP/IP and the application layer
- Composing SQL queries and working with Databases
