Job Summary

A computer technology company is in need of a Remote Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing second level support with a focus on our US based customers
  • Resolving our customers’ most pressing technical issues
  • Taking ownership of customer cases and troubleshooting customers’ issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • TS / Top Secret Security Clearance is required
  • Industry experience in Cyber Security, particularly network security or application security
  • Experience with enterprise customer accounts
  • Technical networking knowledge in TCP/IP and the application layer
  • Composing SQL queries and working with Databases
