Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineers and support teams to resolve customer queries and issues
  • Identify, reproduce, and escalate product issues and bugs to the Engineering team
  • Train and provide feedback to Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical team members to improve technical skills
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Python and web development (front-end and back-end)
  • Experience and knowledge of databases (preferably SQL) and building queries
  • Experience working with web APIs (Rest, GraphQL, SOAP)
  • 3+ years of experience in the delivery of assisted support for a SaaS product
  • Experience with ticket management systems like Zendesk and JIRA
