Job Summary
A company pioneering game-changing advances in agriculture is filling a position for a Remote Total Rewards Compensation Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Support roll-out and refinement of newly established Job Hierarchy/Career Framework
- Act as an expert on industry salaries, benefits, and remuneration policies and advise People Team members
- Ensure org-wide pay structure is maintained with current data
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years compensation experience delivering base pay, and short and long term incentive programs
- Experienced and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, and/or other data analysis and presentation software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
