Job Summary
A restaurant industry solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Vendor Success and Onboarding Implementation Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading a team of makers up to and including the manager level
- Setting strategy and tone for the team and working autonomously to produce results on target with company goals
- Developing and running meetings, team updates, and other team communication efforts
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, relevant experience in operations, implementation, or a related field
- Proven success in driving performance and results through others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading and coaching teams up to the manager level to achieve their goals
- Experience working in marketplaces with vendors or in procurement
- Knowledge of restaurants, repair and maintenance
