Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead Residential Command Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Directs and manages the Mortgage Operations Command Center team for operational support in Residential Lending
- Monitors production, quality, and timeliness of workflow while implementing policies for compliance and efficiency
- Facilitates pipeline management and escalations to ensure loans meet closing dates and identifies process bottlenecks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a bank or financial services firm
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a Lending Operations environment
- Minimum 3 years of management/supervisory experience
- Thorough understanding of the loan process, including origination and processing
