RN Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review medical review decisions for accuracy and compliance with CMS instructions
- Develop and implement a quality control program for clinical staff
- Train new staff on CMS guidelines and medical review procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- 4 years of experience in clinical, utilization review, training, quality assurance, or case management
- Active unrestricted RN licensure in state hired or active unrestricted compact multistate RN license
- Knowledge of mathematical or statistical concepts and medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
