Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and inspire their Sales Development Representative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on coaching to entry-level SDRs focusing on cold calling, objection handling, and prospecting strategies
  • Foster career growth for SDRs and promote internal advancement into Account Executive roles
  • Set performance goals, track KPIs, and implement accountability systems for continuous improvement


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience, including 1-2+ years managing SDR or BDR teams
  • Proven success in promoting SDRs to quota-carrying roles and developing training frameworks
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales methodologies
  • Experience with sales technology tools such as Salesforce and Outreach
  • Collaborative leadership style focused on team success and data-driven decision-making
