Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Support specialists and enhance sales team effectiveness
  • Analyze sales data to identify gaps and implement solutions for improved productivity
  • Oversee training for new hires and ensure quality control in sales support functions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent education and experience
  • 5 years of sales and leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft M365, ICOMS, Salesforce, and CRM analytics
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Experience in cross-team collaboration and aligning sales strategies
