Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Support specialists and enhance sales team effectiveness
- Analyze sales data to identify gaps and implement solutions for improved productivity
- Oversee training for new hires and ensure quality control in sales support functions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent education and experience
- 5 years of sales and leadership experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft M365, ICOMS, Salesforce, and CRM analytics
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Experience in cross-team collaboration and aligning sales strategies
