Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Support specialists and ensure effective training for new hires
- Analyze sales data and collaborate with leaders to improve sales productivity and customer experience
- Monitor sales processes, service level targets, and assist with marketing materials for efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of sales and leadership experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft M365, ICOMS, USHA billing systems, Salesforce, and CRM analytics
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess a high level of initiative and self-motivation
