Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Support specialists and ensure effective training and support for sales teams
  • Analyze sales data and collaborate with leaders to identify gaps in knowledge and improve sales productivity
  • Monitor sales processes, service level targets, and assist with marketing materials and cross-team initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of sales and leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft M365, ICOMS and/or USHA billing systems, Salesforce, and CRM analytics
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and minimal supervision required
