Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate client engagement and revenue growth through collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Develop and manage training programs for new sales hires and provide ongoing training to existing staff
- Create and maintain sales collateral and manage marketing initiatives to support the sales team
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in MarCom and/or Sales Enablement
- Experience in digital media and content creation for sales support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and design platforms (Canva, Adobe Suite, WordPress)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/work experience
