Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Excellence Manager to support high-impact sales motions within the U.S. Manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly forecasting process and deliver accurate performance views to support decision-making
- Monitor pipeline health and provide recommendations to sales leaders for opportunity focus
- Identify and modernize manual processes, building scalable tools and dashboards for better decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, account management, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform decisions
- 3+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders or clients
- Advanced Excel skills, including comfort with modeling and common formulas
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
