Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Excellence Manager to support high-impact sales motions within the U.S. Manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the monthly forecasting process and deliver accurate performance views to support decision-making
  • Monitor pipeline health and provide recommendations to sales leaders for opportunity focus
  • Identify and modernize manual processes, building scalable tools and dashboards for better decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, account management, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform decisions
  • 3+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders or clients
  • Advanced Excel skills, including comfort with modeling and common formulas
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
