SEC Reporting Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a SEC Reporting Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the preparation of SEC filings, financial reports, and audit packages
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial disclosures
- Assist in research and conclusion of complex accounting and disclosure issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Active CPA License
- Mix of public accounting/auditing and SEC reporting experience
- Experience with non-controlling interest accounting, EPS calculation, and stock-based compensation accounting (preferred)
- Workday and/or Workiva experience (preferred)
