Job Summary

A company is looking for a SEC Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple engagements, team members, and problem-solving in the SEC filing process
• Consolidate financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures for IPO-related projects
• Prepare and review Securities Act and Exchange Act filings

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of audit experience with a Big 4/National Firm with SEC reporting clients
• High degree of knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting rules
• Working knowledge of Regulation S-K and S-X
• Ability to draft, prepare, and review Securities Act and Exchange Act filings
• Resident of the United States and eligible to work in the United States
