Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members and handle escalated calls
- Answer incoming calls, identify customer needs, and assist with various inquiries
- Research complex issues and provide education on pre-authorizations or requests
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts during business hours, including weekends and holidays
- Completion of Customer Service training classes with proficiency
