Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members and handle escalated calls
  • Answer incoming calls, identify customer needs, and assist with various inquiries
  • Research complex issues and provide education on pre-authorizations or requests
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work flexible shifts during business hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Completion of Customer Service training classes with proficiency
