Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Make an average of 55+ outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and issues
- Resolve customer issues on the first call and document necessary information
- Educate customers on self-service functions and navigate support resources
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related office setting
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work an eight-hour shift between 07:00 AM - 06:00 PM CST, Sunday - Thursday
