Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Create and maintain project plans, identify and manage dependencies, tasks, issues, owners, and risks
- Communicate project status to team, stakeholders, and leadership
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree in Business Administration, MIS, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of prior project management experience with multiple project implementations; Project Management certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency with PC software including Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to communicate with both associates and senior leadership within the organization
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills
