Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Development to lead multiple teams of SDRs in creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, mentor, and develop SDR Managers and SDRs, ensuring team productivity and skills mastery
  • Set and execute new business pipeline strategies and manage KPIs for the sales development organization
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing to develop effective go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a second line leadership role overseeing Sales Development teams in the SaaS space
  • 7+ years in sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong foundation with SDR processes and KPIs
  • Proven success in exceeding targets and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, and performance management
