Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the sales compensation system, ensuring data accuracy and payroll reconciliation
- Perform analysis on sales performance data to validate incentive payments and support reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compensation processes with business needs and resolve discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or related fields
- Proficiency in sales compensation platforms and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience with CaptivateIQ or other compensation software tools is preferred
