A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst Functional Leader.
Position Responsibilities
- Analyze and critique computer programs and systems or develops new programs
- Provide knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or in translating business process needs into technical requirements
- Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field
- 7 years of experience in a related field as a business analyst or any IT-related experience
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
