Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Workflow Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, track, and assign incidents and requests to appropriate support teams
  • Provide personalized support to C Level Executives and ensure timely updates on ticket status
  • Document actions and procedures in the ticketing system and manage escalations for critical issues


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an enterprise corporate support setting
  • At least 3 years of experience with Apple configuration and support, as well as Android environments
  • Experience with Active Directory, MS Office, and both Windows and Mac environments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be on call and able to work in a fast-paced, technical environment
