SLED Order Management Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a SLED Order Experts Manager to support its SLED vertical through strategic initiatives in order management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the SLED Order Experts team to enhance core processes and internal customer experiences
- Act as the primary project lead for M&A initiatives and operational projects while ensuring data integrity across systems
- Champion change management efforts to drive operational improvements and lead process enhancement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Order Management or Sales Operations
- SLED/E-Rate sales cycle support experience required
- Proven leadership abilities with at least 3+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce
