Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first level of support for handling Jira tickets and operational issues from production services
- Engage in extensive troubleshooting and debugging of incoming Jira tickets across multiple product lines
- Develop tools and automate manual operational tasks while maintaining cloud infrastructure
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of software development or technical support experience
- Experience in Unix
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages
- Hands-on experience with AWS and basic knowledge of Python
