Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Support and Implementation Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general phone and email support for SaaS applications
- Manage new installations and conduct product training
- Track and report software bugs, troubleshoot API communications, and maintain support systems
Required Qualifications
- Prior software support experience preferred, but training is available
- Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred, not required
- Basic knowledge of web software technologies including HTML, CSS, and APIs
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Desire to help people and passion for technology
