Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support and Implementation Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general phone and email support for SaaS applications
  • Manage new installations and conduct product training
  • Track and report software bugs, troubleshoot API communications, and maintain support systems
Required Qualifications
  • Prior software support experience preferred, but training is available
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred, not required
  • Basic knowledge of web software technologies including HTML, CSS, and APIs
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Desire to help people and passion for technology
