Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst/Total Rewards Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with benefits team for annual renewal and open enrollment process, benefits communication, and relationships with external providers
- Engage with business leaders to understand compensation needs, workforce planning, and provide education and training
- Manage annual compensation review, update salary bands, recommend merit budgets, and assess competitiveness through market analysis
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years in Compensation; additional time in Human Resources and Benefits preferred
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Advanced experience working in Excel
- Strong business and financial acumen and analytical ability
