Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager - Hunter/Farmer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth through service expansion and new business growth
  • Deepen relationships by cultivating strong executive partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to key clients
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to gain insights into existing relationships, project performance, and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or a similar sales role
  • Strong understanding of the localization and translation industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (HubSpot experience required)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
