Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager - Hunter/Farmer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth through service expansion and new business growth
- Deepen relationships by cultivating strong executive partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to key clients
- Collaborate with Customer Success to gain insights into existing relationships, project performance, and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or a similar sales role
- Strong understanding of the localization and translation industry
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in using CRM systems (HubSpot experience required)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
