Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager (New Business, Vertical Focus).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for high-value accounts within assigned verticals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and targeted campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver tailored solutions for customers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or deployable software environments
- Proven success in acquiring and growing new strategic accounts
- Strong consultative selling and solution-based approach in technically sophisticated markets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Domain experience in verticals like public sector, education, or media is a plus
