Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst to assist with technical troubleshooting and software evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with deployment and troubleshooting of hardware and software tools
  • Evaluate new software and maintain digital screens in the office
  • Create user manuals and generate reports on digital tool usage
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with API integrations and technical troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI and Safety Net
  • Technical ability in coding and AI
  • Familiarity with IT security practices
  • Ability to develop clear documentation for software tools
