Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Desk Analyst to assist in resolving interface-related issues and support IT resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client and division IT resources to troubleshoot and resolve complex software and infrastructure problems
- Drive collaboration with various teams to identify root causes of issues and restore services
- Manage support ticket assignments and monitor resolution follow-ups for architecture changes/upgrades
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science preferred with 3-5 years of experience
- Knowledge of Cloverleaf application stack and healthcare EDI standards, including HL7 and HIPAA
- Experience with VPN, MQ, and Sterling Integrator troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL Query and Oracle Database
- Ability to maintain incident/problem tickets and system logs accurately
