Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with existing clients through technical expertise and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate smooth pre to post-sales transitions and collaborate with the Pre-Sales Technical Engineer team
- Engage with key technical roles within client organizations and conduct meetings with C-Level stakeholders
- Monitor solution adoption, identify growth opportunities, and manage service ticket lifecycles
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical account management or a similar post-sales role
- Strong Microsoft 365 technical background
- Experience managing client transitions from pre-sales to post-sales
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling opportunities
