Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with existing clients through technical expertise and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate smooth pre to post-sales transitions and collaborate with the Pre-Sales Technical Engineer team
  • Engage with key technical roles within client organizations and conduct meetings with C-Level stakeholders
  • Monitor solution adoption, identify growth opportunities, and manage service ticket lifecycles

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical account management or a similar post-sales role
  • Strong Microsoft 365 technical background
  • Experience managing client transitions from pre-sales to post-sales
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling opportunities
