Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical liaison and trusted advisor for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring successful service delivery
- Proactively manage service delivery, including onboarding, reporting, and technical escalations
- Provide guidance on security best practices and advocate for customer needs with internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager or similar client-facing cybersecurity role
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
- Experience managing enterprise clients in a managed services environment
