Job Summary
A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supporting customer adoption of Google Cloud services and resolving complex customer issues
- Providing technical guidance and managing timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies
- Helping customers understand the opportunities for cloud optimization, automation, and cost-saving abilities
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience in a customer-facing role, interfacing with stakeholders, driving customer technical cloud implementations or cloud transformation programs
- Significant experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred with experience in other public hyper-scale cloud providers
- Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, and using IaC and DevOps tooling
- Cloud FinOps experience is desirable
- Relevant certifications such as Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, Google Certified Professional Data Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional are a plus
