Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, focusing on delivering customer success and driving new opportunities
  • Manage clients' growth and opportunity initiatives throughout the organization
  • Utilize technical knowledge to enable partners' businesses to grow and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of APIs and their documentation
  • Strong customer acumen and ability to engage with technical teams
  • Knowledge of the software development process
  • Demonstrated record of payments experience in a technical/product role supporting external clients (preferred)
