Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, focusing on delivering customer success and driving new opportunities
- Manage clients' growth and opportunity initiatives throughout the organization
- Utilize technical knowledge to enable partners' businesses to grow and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of APIs and their documentation
- Strong customer acumen and ability to engage with technical teams
- Knowledge of the software development process
- Demonstrated record of payments experience in a technical/product role supporting external clients (preferred)
