Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure ongoing success of marquee accounts through white-glove support and hosting recurring meetings
- Act as an internal champion for customers, handle escalations, and provide product adoption expertise
- Manage complex projects, perform platform configuration, and triage critical issues
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years' experience in customer-facing support for Enterprise Accounts
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/Information technology or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup SaaS environment
- Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, and Salesforce is a plus
