Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure ongoing success of marquee accounts through white-glove support and hosting recurring meetings
  • Act as an internal champion for customers, handle escalations, and provide product adoption expertise
  • Manage complex projects, perform platform configuration, and triage critical issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience in customer-facing support for Enterprise Accounts
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/Information technology or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup SaaS environment
  • Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, and Salesforce is a plus
