Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Team Representative to provide technical support and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 technical and functional support via various communication channels
  • Develop and maintain support resources, including manuals and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with engineering to identify and resolve software issues
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Customer Support or Software Support role
  • Experience with academic work habits and requirements preferred
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR preferred
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
