Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and efficient service by engaging directly with customers
- Act as an advocate for customers and address concerns while maximizing product use
- Assist with customer communication and troubleshooting during product launches
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of experience in technical support focused on customer success
- 2+ years of experience supporting consumer WiFi/mesh networking platforms
- 2+ years of experience with firewall configurations and related services
- 1+ year providing technical support for mobile devices and platforms
