Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead recruitment strategies for engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for various engineering roles
  • Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment efforts with hiring needs
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates while managing applicant tracking systems
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical and engineering fields
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and talent acquisition strategies
  • Extensive experience using LinkedIn and other professional networks for sourcing
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors
  • Strong knowledge of OFCCP guidelines and employment laws
