Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for escalated technical issues, collaborating with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve them
- Triage, prioritize, and communicate issues to engineering and key stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships with engineering teams
- Support strategic customers, lead conference calls, and participate in an on-call rotation for high-priority incidents
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in a customer-facing support or service role
- 2+ years in a technical support role
- Strong understanding of SSO configuration, setup, and troubleshooting
- Solid knowledge of APIs and familiarity with networking protocols and concepts
