Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to develop and support a technical training roadmap for their Information Technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with IT stakeholders and conduct needs assessments
- Develop and execute strategies for identifying and developing IT talent while ensuring high-quality technical training programs
- Manage IT learning suppliers and partner with business leaders to facilitate strategic planning and problem-solving meetings
Required Qualifications and Education
- 3+ years of experience in a training leadership position
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in building collaborative relationships across all organizational levels
- Strong general business acumen related to learning and development
- 2-3 years of training experience in an insurance setting preferred
