Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to develop and support a technical training roadmap for their Information Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with IT stakeholders and conduct needs assessments
  • Develop and execute strategies for identifying and developing IT talent while ensuring high-quality technical training programs
  • Manage IT learning suppliers and partner with business leaders to facilitate strategic planning and problem-solving meetings
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 3+ years of experience in a training leadership position
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in building collaborative relationships across all organizational levels
  • Strong general business acumen related to learning and development
  • 2-3 years of training experience in an insurance setting preferred
