Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Supervisor (Evaluation & Management) - FT - Days.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure success of CRD initiatives
• Provide staff support and training while monitoring workload volumes to meet department KPIs
• Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations and assist in developing performance goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or HIM related field required, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of coding and billing experience required with a Bachelor's Degree; 5 years with an Associate's Degree; or 7 years with a High School Diploma
• 2 years of team management experience preferred
• Certification as a CPC or CCS-P required upon hire
• Advanced coding or billing credentials preferred upon hire
