Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers in a positive and confident manner through phone, chat, and email
  • Use available tools to research and resolve customer issues
  • Document all interactions accurately and adhere to support systems and tools
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of previous technical or product support experience
  • General knowledge of PC and laptop design, hardware components, network connectivity, Windows OS, and peripheral device installation and troubleshooting
  • Previous experience with custom PC building preferred
  • Previous experience with support processes, systems, and tools preferred
