Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for live events, ensuring smooth delivery and customer assistance
  • Maintain records and reports for all training events and learner activities


Required Qualifications
  • Experience with reporting software/systems, including Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Working knowledge of Zoom platforms
  • Ability to manage and own assigned portions of projects
  • Innovative and energetic self-starter with a high degree of accountability
  • Experience or desire to work in a training environment
