Trust Compliance Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trust & Compliance Program Manager for a 4-month contract, with potential for extension, to oversee day-to-day operations and administration of the compliance program, including coordinating contract requests, data collection for sunshine reporting, conflict of interest requests, and managing the compliance program work plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the review and approval of HCP contract requests in the contract management system
- Assist with data collection and remediation for sunshine reporting
- Coordinate the review and approval of conflict of interest requests
- Develop, manage, and maintain the compliance program work plan
- Support the investigations lead in entering cases and administering the investigations system
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong technology and analytics skills
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, tech, or another highly regulated industry is preferred
