Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agile Coach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach Agile teams to improve their process and adhere to the Scrum framework
- Apply a variety of patterns and techniques to optimize the Scrum delivery approach
- Facilitate teams and client relationships to identify needs and improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum master
- Technical knowledge of the Healthcare industry and claim processing workflows
- Advanced Scrum master certification or extensive experience with SAFe and PI Planning
- Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques such as BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, etc
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships and think with a business owner mindset
